I’ve never been able to hit a crown (optimal daily score of >85/100) in all three areas: Readiness, Sleep, and Activity.
Sleep is the one that eluded me the most. I got to know that time in bed != time slept. The ratio is known as sleep efficiency, and I am in the 85-90% range. I was doing 7 hours in bed initially, and I slowly ramped it up to 9 hours in bed which in turn started getting me 8 hours of sleep.
Finally, I hit a Triple Crown Day today. I’m very excited about this. Took me more than a year but hey, better late than never. I took an afternoon nap the day earlier and that made all the difference.

Update: Got my 2nd TCD on May 18th (less than 30 days from the 1st one). A meta thing to note here is the time reduction. Getting the first one required lots of trial and error. The subsequent ones are relatively easier. Compounding at its finest. 🥳

Update 3: One more on 21st. Seems figured out. Can put tracking on pause for now.
