The Best Way To Teach Someone

1. Ask a question.

2. Have them commit to an answer or a direction in general.
   This is very important. Without putting down things concretely, it’s hard to reflect and realize how off we were.

3. Then tell the actual answer/blind spot to close the feedback loop.

This calibration short-circuits the learnings without them having to go the long way. Course-correction is how you grow.
