Ask more questions.
The earlier you get over the fear of how will you look if you ask this question, the easier it will become to work. You are not expected to know everything beforehand.
Asking more questions is not a sign of weakness.
It’s the other way around. It’s a sign of you caring about the quality of your work by clarifying your doubts. Guesswork might lead to wrong assumptions and will come back to bite you.
Curiosity is infectious. It encourages others to ask as well.
Your peers want you to ask questions. Your manager wants you to ask more questions. Your seniors want you to ask questions.
“I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.” – Einstein
