Setting the right goal is half the battle won.

People set goals too high and then get disappointed. We should encourage setting small goals and keeping promises to ourselves.

Setting stretch goals might set you up for failure.

I’m not advocating to only aim small. By all means, shoot for the moon. But keep in mind that long-term goals will take a long time to accomplish. They’re there to serve as the North Star to your life.

Start getting wins. Consistency compounds.

The Goldilocks Rule states that humans experience peak motivation when working on tasks that are right on the edge of their current abilities. Neither too hard, nor too easy. Just right.

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that you have hit your limit. A limit is just a mental barrier that your mind subconsciously restricts you with. Now go and do wonders. And don’t forget to HAVE FUN!
